Once your youth group registers for camp, you will be given a unique username and password for your church. This will allow you to sign up individual campers, adults, and vehicles for your specific workcamp. You can see which campers still need to turn in forms or get parent signatures.
Each camper's information is also saved from year to year so you don't have to re-enter information for returning campers. You can even print workcamper forms with pre-populated information from the previous year, so all your campers need to do is sign the form. Everyone at your meeting will really think you're on top of it! What you see here on-line is exactly what the Reach Office has on file, so it's a great way to stay up-to-date.
