Registration FeeNew Feature for 2013 Workcamps:
EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION! For any group or individual that registers on or before November 1st, 2012, the total cost is only $375 per person. For any group or individual that registers after November 1st, 2012, the total cost is $399 per person.
A $50 per person non-refundable deposit must accompany the registration form to secure each spot. (The $50 deposit comes out of the total registration fee for each workcamper thus leaving either $325 remaining for Early Bird Registrations or $349 remaining for registrations after November 1st.)
Be sure to reserve enough spaces for your group. While you can add more workcampers later, space is limited and registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
In order for us to be able to responsibly plan and lovingly care for those who are helped by the workcamp, we must receive the full registration fee by June 1st, 2013.
Cancellation PolicyIndividual cancellations made on or before May 1st, 2013 will receive a refund of the total amount paid minus their $50 deposit. Full payment of $399 is still required if an individual cancels after May 1st, 2013. At Reach, we look at the number of spots your group has reserved. If someone drops, you can always fill that spot with another person at no additional charge.
Late Payment Service ChargeA 10% late payment service charge on the remaining balance will be assessed to all accounts not paid in full by June 1st, 2013, unless prior arrangements are made. The total amount due will be based on the total number registered minus payments, transfers and/or cancellations made prior to May 1st, 2013.
